Getting started

Connect your business, prepare a sender, and send your first WhatsApp message.

Before you begin

You need an active Growth subscription, a Meta Business portfolio, and a WhatsApp Business number you are authorized to manage.

Connect and send

  1. 1Create your Akked account and complete your store profile.
  2. 2Choose the Growth plan.
  3. 3Connect your Meta WhatsApp Business number.
  4. 4Wait for the number and WhatsApp templates to be approved by Meta.
  5. 5Create an API key and call GET /api/v1/senders.
  6. 6Send an approved template and poll its delivery status.
