Akked uses Baileys, an open-source library that implements the WhatsApp Web protocol, on a personal WhatsApp number you connect. This approach:

• Is not authorised by Meta. It automates a personal WhatsApp account, which violates Meta's Terms of Service.
• May result in your number being banned or rate-limited by Meta, particularly at high message volumes.
• May be affected by changes Meta makes to the WhatsApp Web protocol, requiring library updates.
• Does not provide official delivery receipts.

By connecting a number you acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility. We recommend starting with the warmup schedule and keeping daily volume within your plan limits.

To reduce ban risk, Akked applies human-like typing indicators and Gaussian send delays. These measures reduce risk but do not guarantee ban prevention.

Akked is an independent software provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp® is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

Recipients of messages sent through Akked can opt out at any time by replying with a standard opt-out keyword. Once opted out, a recipient will never receive another message from your store through our platform. Merchants must not attempt to override or bypass the opt-out system.

By using Akked you confirm that you:

• Own or have explicit authorisation to use the WhatsApp number you connect.
• Have obtained any legally required consent from recipients to receive WhatsApp messages.
• Understand and accept the risks associated with using an unofficial WhatsApp client.
• Will not use Akked to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or messages that violate any applicable law.
