Every WhatsApp message goes through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform.
Roles and history
Team roles control who sees and does what, and every AI action is recorded. You create and cancel access keys yourself.

GDPR and data protection
Controller and processor
You are the controller of your customers' data and Akked is your processor. Order data is used to send messages on your behalf.
EU data storage
Your data and files are stored in the EU by default, and usage statistics never include names, phone numbers or message content.
Rights and deletion
Customers can opt out of messages and Akked respects it. You can ask for deletion of your data at any time from the dashboard or at [email protected].

Data hosting, usage statistics, and AI partners (only when AI is on, and only with what a reply needs). The current list is in the privacy policy.
Retention
Set by plan, then deleted
Inbox content is kept for 30 days on Growth and 90 days on Pro and Business. Campaign and developer-sent message text is kept for 90 days. Expired content and media are deleted within 24 hours.

Wherever Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform is available. Prices are in EGP for Egypt and USD elsewhere, and the AI answers customers in their own language.

All questionsAkked is built to support GDPR obligations: it acts as your processor, stores data in the EU by default, honours opt-outs and deletion requests, and lists the partners it works with. You remain the controller responsible for your customers' consent.
