How it works
Sent from your own number
The code comes from your connected, verified WhatsApp Business number, so customers see your brand and your messages stay on your own account.
One API call
Send one request with the code (4 to 10 digits), then check whether it was delivered. A retry never sends the same code twice.
Delivery status
Every message shows its status: sent, delivered, or failed with the reason.

A verified Meta business
Meta requires a verified business for authentication templates. Order confirmations and other templates can start without verification.
A connected WhatsApp number
Connect your number with the Meta sign-in in about 5 minutes, then create your access key in the dashboard.
Meta authentication fees
Meta bills its authentication message fees directly to your WhatsApp Business account. Akked adds no markup.
Limits and plans
Included in every plan
API access is included from the Free plan. OTP sends follow your plan's customers-contacted allowance. Sending is capped at 60 requests per minute per key and 120 per number.
Not an SMS service
Akked sends OTPs on WhatsApp only. It does not send SMS or fall back to SMS when a customer is not on WhatsApp.
