In Akked, open Stores, choose Connect, enter your shop domain and approve the permissions. Orders, abandoned carts and shipping updates flow in automatically, with tracking links.
Official Meta connection
Akked uses Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. Go to WhatsApp Numbers, choose Connect and sign in with Meta. It takes about 5 minutes and needs a Meta business account and a number that can receive the verification code.
Keep your Business app
Keep using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone with the same number while it is connected to Akked, when the number and Meta account are eligible.
Templates and fees
Message templates are reviewed by Meta, usually within minutes to a day. Business verification is not required to start. Meta's message fees are billed by Meta to your own account; Akked adds no markup.
Store platforms
Orders, abandoned carts and shipping updates reach Akked automatically. Your store connection details are stored securely.
Wuilt
Create an access key in Wuilt with the Orders permission, then paste Akked's connection address in Wuilt. A second address switches on shipping updates.
EasyOrders
One-click connection: approve on EasyOrders' own page and Akked sets up order and status updates for you. A manual key also works. EasyOrders sends statuses but no tracking link.
Any other platform
Use our developer tools to send orders and messages from your own system or another store platform. Salla is not available yet.
